Welcome to CGMyShop (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using CGMyShop, you agree to comply with these terms.

A. Nature of Service

CGMyShop is an online marketplace connecting local shopkeepers ("Sellers") in Chhattisgarh (currently focusing on Bhilai and Durg) with local consumers ("Buyers"). CGMyShop provides the platform but is not the manufacturer or direct seller of the products listed by third-party vendors.

B. User Eligibility

• Sellers: Must be legal residents of Chhattisgarh and possess valid local business licenses (GST, Shop Act, etc.) where applicable.
• Buyers: Must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a guardian.

C. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity may lead to immediate account termination without prior notice.

D. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payment processing is handled via standard Payment Gateway and receipt will be given.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at the discretion of the individual Seller and based on the delivery pincode within Bhilai-Durg.

E. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are subject to the specific policy set by the Seller, provided they meet the minimum standards required by Indian Consumer Protection laws.
• Perishable goods (grocery/food) may have a restricted return policy.

F. Limitation of Liability

CGMyShop is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised, nor the truth or accuracy of the listings. Disputes regarding product quality must be resolved directly between the Buyer and Seller.
