Page before making a purchase.
1. General Return Framework
While individual sellers set
their own terms, the following general conditions apply to all returns on this
platform:
- Return
Request Window: The
timeframe for a return request is determined by the individual seller.
- Item
Condition: To be
eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same
condition that you received it.
- Original
Packaging: Items
must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels,
manuals, and accessories intact.
- Proof of
Purchase: A valid
invoice or order ID is mandatory for processing any return.
2. Seller-Specific Policies
Each seller on CGMyShop is
responsible for managing their own returns.
- Before
purchasing, please check with seller about return and refund policy.
- If a seller
does not specify a return or refund policy then it is assumed that return
and refund is not applicable.
3. Return Process: Follow the
return process provided by seller
4. Dispute Resolution: CgMyShop company will not interfere in any
disagreement between seller and customer.
